Pretty bad IROPS at SFO.
Was rebooked from a Business flat Bed SFO-EWR to a 737 SFO—XXX-EWR.
No flights in Business available until the next day in the afternoon.
I was mentally ready for a red eye in a 737 while refreshing the app for a new booking and 5 mins before my SFO-XXX one seat appeared on the app for the next direct flight to EWR for 2.2K.
I booked it right away, then called, explained my situation.
The very nice agent was able to modify my original booking with the seat of the my new booking and cancel the credit card charge of the new booking.
I didn’t know they could do that !
