I have searched what I think is every page of the SAS website to try to find a phone number to contact SAS. I "asked a question" asking what the phone # is, but the answer was that the AI could not answer that question. I went into chat & asked that question & they said to "call us", but did not give a # to call.
I want to make sure our TSA precheck/Known Traveler Numbers are in our reservation so that we can be sure to go into the precheck line. Nowhere on the ticket receipt does it indicate whether the numbers are in there. I checks my profile & I can find no place to put in these numbers.
So how the heck to I contact SAS from the US?
It's the new site that is hiding those info.
