I've been holding off booking because of potential schedule change, but let me posit this:

If I book an EW flight for a day in winter, and then EW pulls the flight from the schedule for that day (as sometimes happens) what are the options?
1. Change for free to another day when EW operates the flight (not possible for me in this case)
2. Refund (possible I expect, but not ideal)
3. Rebooked on a connecting LH itinerary? (do they do this?)

How does that work, for a one-way non-stop booked via EW's website
