I'm unable to see my VALID Discounts or Companion Fare codes on my account when using my Windows laptop on the website. However, I can view my USED/EXIPIRED Companion Fare codes??? This isn't urgent as I have confirmed with 2 separate agents that my 2 expected valid codes exist and that they can view them. Checked it again after deleting alaskaair.com cookies and history and no joy.

Is this just another AS IT issue? Or is there a trick I'm missing.
