Maybe the problems have something to do wtih EF's long awaited transition to a new interface.
A couple of weeks back they told me that there would be a new look and when I tried to login not even that worked - maybe they hired the BA web team to program things as if their QA doesn't even flush out simple authentication problems then doesn't bode well for the rest of the app (and no surprise the launch has been postponed!!)
As much as I do/have loved EF I am getting a nervous feeling the new app/look and feel is going to be total cr*p. What you could do in one click is now going to be some useless pull down menu with things taking 3 times longer then previous.
Hope I am wrong
