Thanks for trying us out...

There are some nuances to seat blocking - you need to include your BA frequent flyer status in the App and this should show you the seats available to you, given your status. It's a new feature to cater for some recent changes in how the data is being presented.

There is a wee glitch - once you add frequent flyer status, you sometimes have to refresh your browser for it to be included next time you call a seatmap. We are hoping to fix this in the next 24hrs...

We are still trying to fully understand how seat blocking and TS are presenting themselves as the data we are getting has changed recently (and it varies hugely depending on the cabin you are flying, your status, and whether it is T-72, 48, 24).
