I am flying out of North terminal early tomorrow and, when I reserved my parking, I opted for the first time ever to purchase Fast Track security. The email that I received confirming my order shows both the parking and "Fast Track Security" that I booked.

Do I just show that email (which doesn't have a QR code or apparently anything else to prevent forgery/multiple use)? Or should I have received something else to be shown at the Fast Track desk?

(In fact I am flying with a friend for whom I also purchased Fast Track, and we won't be arriving at the terminal together: do I need to meet up with them before going through Fast Track or can I just forward this confirmation email to them in order that each of us can go through independently of one another?)
