I can share a data point.I have an upcoming stay in three weeks in an executive suite. I’ve been in touch with the hotel, and they mentioned that only the top few floors have been renovated, with no guarantee of getting a renovated room in advance. However, after some back and forth, they agreed to confirm a renovated exec suite in advance for an additional $30 per night.
