I wish they wouldn't be so vague about *where* precisely this lane is, or if there's only one lane or only open at certain unspecified hours etc
well, I had enrolled and was via LAX last fall and didn’t get it. But it was something like a 6am flight, and it wasn’t open anyway. I suspected at the time it wasn’t within ‘normal’ hours for it which is why I didn’t get it. But who knows?
wife did have it for departure yesterday ex-SFO, where we are based. I told her just to use T2 anyway, where I suspect they don’t have it yet, just because she was at a D gate, had no bags to check and no reason, honestly, to trek through the current SFO T3 mess if there wasn’t a reason. We travel together as a family maybe 90% of our trips, so don’t see the option for this often.
