Hi. We live near Indianapolis and we often fly out of ORD when the cost savings/itinerary are worth it for us to do a 3.5 hour drive to ORD. For most international trips in this manner, we typically stay a night near ORD before driving home, to partially recover from jet lag.

We have been very happy with Loew’s in Rosemont, which offers both 7 and 10 night parking packages. They have a parking deck connected to the hotel, which is another plus. However, the last time we used them, we noticed a big deterioration in competence of front desk staff, who either did not validate our parking ticket. or did it incorrectly. We had to pay quite a sum of money to leave their deck to drive home, and we are still waiting for the refund.

I did some looking around and a few other hotels offer similar packages, but I want to know if any of the more frequent travelers have any favorites and places to avoid. We would prefer a covered parking with frequent shuttles to the airport.
