Not exactly. Bathtubs are rare but not a unicorn. At the top of my head, BA has those in arrivals in LHR and Lufthansa in some of their FRA lounges. Can't remember if Al Safwa has it but I wouldn't be surprised if they did.

Al Safwa First Class Lounge Doha has the Jacuzzi.
Usually not often to access the BA Arrival Lounge coz you probably wanna get to the hotel ASAP unless the hotel doesn't take early check-ins. AI Safwa First is probably the second Departure lounge that offers the bathtub/Jacuzzi.
