there are probably 4 billion bugs in the DL issue tracker, yes they are prioritizing, literally everyone does this. Obviously they should fix the bug that I personally have run into before anything else.

That all assumes they are even aware of it. I asked above whether Delta has an established channel to report technical issues. Developers can't fix bugs they don't even know about.
