I am not aware of such invitation codes. Where do they come from and what's the benefit for the provider and the recipient? Perhaps Emirates has had promotions whereby one can enroll with a code for some additional benefit, but I don't recall ever seeing that.

P.S. Sure Skywards is going to the dogs, but so is every other major frequent flier program.
