Cost vs lease depends on who your lease provider is. Most I checked would require separate insurance, which would probably bring the cost closer to Sixt.
Plus, no initial payment with Sixt compared to the massive down payment on some leases.
You can change cars monthly, but for me that's pointless (the Sixt station is an hour away).

Customer service is ok, but takes a while (here in the UK)
