So you are saying once you missed a flight you were able to get in to make changes again? It seems right now the issue is that it is sometimes not possible to make pro-active changes through the app/website.
Once it was delayed - but only in app (site didn’t give me the option) and I couldn’t get there from the boarding pass view. It was on the trip overview screen. I didn’t take screenshots - but I clicked through where it says something along the lines of “your flight was delayed / see other flight options”
