MVY is such a small airport, even if you have to re-clear security it shouldn't be an issue. If you see a gate agent you might give them a heads-up about what you are doing.

Thanks! I'll do that, but I told the agent at ACK what I was doing last Friday and I still almost miss my flight. The agent didn't seem to want to be helpful. Maybe MVY agents are nicer. :-)
