If it happens to be your next upcoming stay, the "Almost Time" panel in the app has a button to text the hotel (also appears if you tap on the Contact tab at the bottom).
I've found that the option to text the hotel in the app is mostly available for US properties only, I don't recall ever seeing it for any international Hyatts I've stayed at (and even in the US, I've found it's appearing less and less often now).

I recall they used to be there too at one point, but not anymore. I get removing it to prevent spam or to redirect inbounds to the general Hyatt customer service, but if I have a reservation at the hotel and I want to reach them directly, I think there should be an easier way to do so.
I've had pretty good success finding contact emails for properties via their facebook page of all places though.
