Yeah, I think I lost the agent when I tried to lobby for moving to the nonstop and avoiding CLT altogether. The connecting options in CLT are 0:30 and 4:30, both of which suck.
You can always lobby for a different routing. I've had that work before when they were getting delays at one hub and it was better at another.
