Thanks for the replies everyone. BA not playing nice at all. Stating not a single spare seat in any cabin. Not making any offers to rebook other than for a different day which is not possible. Only option seems to be to arrive early for check in. Any tips for pleading our case? We absolutely have to travel on that flight tonight to get to ZRH when we need to be there.
