I wouldn't necessarily assume that just because there's a valid revenue fare filing on a route that they can also price out an award on it. I'd be somewhat surprised if they couldn't price out a valid revenue fare offering found by Google Flights. But whatever generates award mileage amounts may be more limited and may not generate an award for every possible valid fare.
She couldn’t even find it as a revenue fare, I didn’t even mention I wanted to book with points.
Her response was basically “we can only see the same options as you see on the Southwest website”. But she did spend a good amount of time looking for me to see if she could find it. I told her the exact flights it was. She came back and said “you could book it as a multi city”, but of course that prices out way higher.
