Booking these stopover awards can be very difficult. Many agents are not aware of how to do it, and some believe that they figured it out - but still aren’t able to apply the procedure correctly.
Ideally you would first find availability for each of the individual sectors using the FB website. If all sectors are available for the lowest mileage amount, then the overall itinerary should be available for its respective lowest mileage amount too.

What I don’t understand is how I was able to book AGP - AMS - CGK in March with stopover AMS until the 7th of July for 85.000 per pax, because the individual segment AMS - CGK on the 7th of July lowest fare price was (and still is) 176.000 miles per pax. Feels like I’m missing something here. Perhaps calling is the only way to find out if there’s O availability…
