Be sure to ask for a renovated room -- much nicer than those which are not yet refurbished. Espresso bar in the lobby is actually quite good; their restaurant is barely palatable. Bar is average but stocks some good cognac. Business centre is awful and has some ridiculous prices (internet at 10 GBP per hour, or something like that). The facilities and room decor are not the strong points of this hotel (location and price is).
