I made 1MM last year and had the same offerings (except the certificate was $1k).

maybe delta should consider offering 2 choices for 3MM instead of increasing the certificate value. At $1k it was already a pretty easy choice, I could not imagine picking a +/-$500 gift vs $1500 credit (which does not have an expiry date)
