Also, I think you can get to Bradley terminal airside from most others. I know that you can from the United and American ide, which is terminals 8 to 4 or 5. On the Delta side I am not sure, since I have not used that side ever.

Which lounge does SAS use now? I guess that there must be a Skyteam lounge.. The Star Alliance lounge is very nice. One World is nothing special.
All terminals are connected airside in LAX. The route might be a bit convoluted, but you can walk it all the way. Except Eagle's Nest, where you will need the bus....
