It turns out SQ does not have a priority service for delivering late baggage to PPS members, it was over 24 hours till my suitcase was delivered despite four flights per day coming into LHR.
Probably depends who is operating baggage services for SQ in LHR.
My experience in Singapore was my suitcase was delivered within an hour or two of its arrival. I’m not PPS.
