Air tags Show Bags Haven't Moved from T5

First - I'm grateful for all who have provided information on what is going on, thank you. And if you are working on this problem, a double thank you. We flew on July 11 from DUB - LHR - SFO. LHR to SFO leg was BA287. We checked our bags in Dublin through to SFO before we got wind of the T5 issues. We have air tags in 3 of 4 bags (had to buy a small extra bag for some of our treasures and laundry). We have filed our reports online - two reports, two bags each for my husband and I. Have also provided Air tag link in the reports. As of now our bags are still showing to be at Terminal 5 C. No movement. We can also see if anyone has accessed our lost air tag link, no one has done so. If we see any movement we will post here, and will watch for same from others. We were headed home, so it is highly inconvenient and concerning, but the delay didn't cripple our vacation, I feel for those who are on the opposite side of the problem. We are pretty savvy travelers and usually lean into carry-on, but this was a 31 day trip so checking home was really the only option, plus we've been lucky and never had baggage issues in our 30+ years of travel. Guess it was our time. One big takeaway is to take pictures of your bags with the tags on before they go on the belt. We had to reverse engineer which tags went which with luggage for the report, and I had to revise and update the report a couple times. We had to check everything in at the counter, no kiosk, so the agent handed us all four bag tags stapled to a boarding pass. Took us a bit (and some sleep) to recall the order the bags were tagged and determine lower tag number meant first bag etc. Now figures crossed. Interesting that this problem was not covered by UK media. I noted that previous LHR baggage meltdowns in the past months/year were reported but this one has not.
