Wow. The summer performance by the Royal Ballet School was superb. Not interested in the little ones, but the upper school performers were professional grade, and I fully expect to have seen some future world stars.
The 'stage tour' was pricey, but also worth every £ for me. We got to meet all the professionals doing the sound, lighting, stage management, gripping and so on. I have now stood on the ROH stage and declaimed into the auditorium and felt the fake snow of Les Patineurs on my face.
The capsule hotel was really bad, but having now been there and done that I will be less reluctant to use it as a cost saving strategy in Japan now I know the craic.
