Why? It has, in my experience, always been the case but it seems odd to have it “hidden” from view. Is it cost saving? Or is there some other reason?
Oh, and are there other things hidden that I don’t know about? Would asking for a large portion of Beluga caviar result in success? A nice Argentinian steak perhaps?
Why do you feel the need to ask? Would you be consuming ‘champagne’ at home I wonder?
