A few minutes before this inbound aircraft delay came in I was considering SDC options given that thunderstorms are expected around the time of departure from my origin, so I know there are some options available. Now I have to contact Delta just because its IRROPs? The App is showing the same. This is refundable J and I haven't left my origin yet.

Not being able to make self-service changes during IRROPs seems like it would be a disaster if the IRROPs were widespread. Am I missing something here?
That is strange.........on Friday had issues with IRROPS and website/app gave me the option to make changes multiple times and this was on a flight using a cleared RUC.
