My husband prefers G&T and red wine. I genuinely like Champagne as I try to avoid spritis when I fly. I have to say that I find that most Prosecco is too acidic - unless it is in Italy as they only keep the best for domestic consumption. I have a friend in Padua who loves to invite us to dinner and gives wonderful Italian wines to drink.
