I stayed at Aleph a couple of days last week passing through Roma from Cairo heading home to Sicilia. I had two rooms booked and one was a Constantino suite. Six people staying total. They had the sofa beds out and made already and sparkling wine (a cuvee) for us in each room along with a chocolate/dessert tray in each room.
Overall nice staff. The restaurant on the roof was nearly empty but the bar was crowded. I think we were the only visitors with Italian passports, it was mainly Americans (it seems the US Embassy is around the corner) though there was one Canadian family at least (visible via the head-to-toe coverage of maple leafs...lol).
