The American Express press release says: "The newly constructed lounge is scheduled to open in the new Concourse B in 2025 as part of Phase 4 of The New SLC Airport Redevelopment program"

The SLC airport site shows that "5" Phase 4 gates are scheduled to open in October 2025, and another "11" Phase 4 gates in October 2026.

I do not find any mention of the lounge's specific location to verify that it will open in 2025 stage. These projects typically fall behind schedule. I think October 2025 is a "not sooner than" date, and it would more likely be sometime in 2026.
