That's silly money. You can't take a single taxi cross-border, so that's a high-end private limo.
Buses are an option, but the "late night" might be an issue. From https://www.hongkongairport.com/en/t...nland-coaches/ the last coaches from HKG to Macau are at 22:30. There are also buses that allow you to get to Macau without going through HK Immigration: https://www.macauhkairportbus.com/travel-instructions but the last departure is 21:15.

So If you're arriving after about 8pm I think you'll need to shell out for the super-expensive limos or stay a night in HK and go to Macau the next morning (which could be a LOT cheaper than the limo).
