Should have mentioned i tried Co-pilot for one of the properties and it gave response: emails are of the form
xyyyyyy@____.com where ___ was property website and "x" was first letter of first name and yyyy was last name
But if you don't know the names of any Team member (which was also asked, and it gave info from some years ago), then of no help
Been using AI search (ChatGPT, Co-pilot, Perplexity, Gemini) for couple of years and Dalle since 2022....very useful for medical info, diagnosing, summarizing for doctors, etc for elderly parents

figured there are a few properties, language might be an issue , or put on hold, or get bounced around to get a property Team member with decision-making authority, so an email to the property or make use of the Concierge
Some weeks ago read that Hyatt laid-off many customer service reps in USA including some Concierges .... will find out soon if the Concierge assigned to me was /is one of those affected
