Since the soft product is the same and the choice is between two very good seating options, I'd find it hard to convince myself that it would be worth it.
Some argue about the higher air pressure and humidity in the cabins of the A350 and 787 as reason for arriving more well rested. Personally I don't find any significance in that, but you know what your personal experience with that might be.
Is it worth it? That's a question that can only come with personal opinions. If I had never flown an aircraft type before, I might go out of my way to try it, but it would be more likely to be to fly one soon to be retired, than one that will be prevalent for many years to come. But that's just me....
