Yes, as mentioned, there is a narrow range, such as multi-stop P fares that gives the advantage to AC flights, but as I would have to do positioning flights and fly to places I have no reason to go CAI, SOF, ... these options are of limited utility to me but can yield 150-ish % $/PQPs, glad they are of use to you.
Also I think you are underestimating the UA a little, for PE or P flights, my $/PQP efficient is well over 90%, mid-90s. 80% is something you see in deep discount economy fares or going thru LHR or other airport fees cities
