Same issue here. I was trying to book an award flight and it says "Payment failed. Please try again later. (E/37578)". I tried multiple times, multiple browsers, waited a day. Finally I called CS to get them to book it and she got to the end and said my account is suspended. I was also told to send a copy of my passport to [email protected]. Just waiting on them to reply now. The only issue I've had with my account is that they emailed me over a year ago after I transferred 1k miles from my father's Amex account to my Etihad account to extend expiration of miles (when that was still working). They claimed this was not allowed and was fraud on my account, but I showed that Amex by their terms clearly lets you transfer to anyone's FF account that has been an AU/employee for at least 90 days (i think). I sent over proof of this and thought this cleared it up, but apparently not. I have 440k miles with them set to expire in 2mo. Fun. I have only transferred from my Amex account and my father's to them over the years, and never done any other promos or anything that would violate their program terms. I have booked one award flight for my wife on my account, that's it.
