I tried to raise a complaint? I didn't call to argue with them. Doesn't change she was making up a policy that doesn't exist.

Clearly I don't think it was nonsense otherwise I wouldn't have called. A Diamond Desk rep inventing policy that doesn't exist seemed worth flagging. I'm surprised by the strong reaction against me — I thought this forum was about keeping programs honest, not defending poor service.
