I am unclear on whether a reservation also guarantees an open parking space for us to park our car. Will we be able to park our car? Or is there a chance that they're completely full when we arrive, and all we accomplish is circling around without finding a spot to park our car? What is your experience with FlySFO?
Are you referring to the Long Term Parking option? I've always been able to find a spot after entering the gates, although occasionally with a fair bit of circling (the overhead parking sensors are basically useless, if they even have them turned on). I have also in the past had to park in the non-covered open lot south of the new LTP garage, although it's been a few years since I've had to do that.
