Hahaha, another property (like many to be fair) that could only happen due to extremely well connected (and in the course of it becoming very wealthy) people "championing" it. Ahh gotta love the mix of politics and business and all that, but that's nothing new. Anyways, this development has been going back and forth over the years to finally land with IHG. Let's see.
