Just spent a few days at IC Berlin.
I emailed the hotel in advance, they did warn me Lounge Pass holders.
Thank you for your inquiry regarding access to the Club InterContinental as part of your Annual Milestone Pass, and for your valued loyalty as a member of IHG One Rewards. In principle, we are delighted to offer you access to our exclusive Club InterContinental. Kindly note, however, that access may be subject to availability, particularly during periods of high occupancy.
Should capacity limits be reached, we will of course inform you in advance.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
At least they promised to inform me in advance. Upon arrival I was given access, no issues.
Here’s my impressions
-Outstanding breakfast service, typical buffet style. If you want eggs or omelet, they will make it on the spot.
-During the day, you can order from Marlena’s menu, this is considered room service, but no service fees. I did this a couple times, they brought food to my table.
-Club was well staffed during all times, everyone was well trained.
- 2-5PM service was mostly sweets, and finger sandwiches. Nice delicious options.
-No plate counting in the club, they may have discontinued this practice or 3 plate service
-Dinner 6-8PM had excellent options, salad, soup, warm options
-I was given a pamphlet at check-in. They do call-out IHG milestone Lounge Pass holders limitations.
-Overall 100% impressed with IC Berlin
If you want guaranteed Club access, you can book a club room. Rack rate was $165ish, club room $345.
