I’m here now in an Executive Suite via SUA.

Positives

- Beautiful grounds

- Old-school HR atrium

- Staff are all pleasant and they’re motivated to do a good job as far as I’ve seen.

- Good breakfast spread

Negatives

- Really bad traffic makes getting to and from the hotel a headache. The main road leading to the hotel (Apopka-Vineland, I believe) can have hellish traffic and a fair bit of driver misbehavior.

​​​​​​- Too few elevators for the size of property leads to very long wait times.

- Check in was painful with an understaffed front desk, a room that wasn’t ready at 7 pm and a card key that did not work at the self-parking lot.

I can’t see going here again. This place is trying be a resort and a business hotel and not doing well at either.
