So of course, there is a lot of buzz over on PPRuNE...a thread on the crash I have been following. Some thinking it was intentional with the release of this report. But I found this simple summary helpful.

Summary :
080839 : Liftoff080842 : Engine 1 fuel cutoff
080843 : Engine 2 fuel cutoff
080845 : FO asks Captain "why did you cutoff?"0
80847 : Captain replies "I didn't cutoff!"
080852 : Engine 1 fuel cutoff reset to RUN
080856 : Engine 2 fuel cutoff reset to RUN
080905 : "MAYDAY MAYDAY" call
080914 : Impact
