Hong Kong Airport is paying for the expansion itself because it wants more F&B space but Cathay of course has to pony up for the lounges which it has a long term vision.

And say goodbye to The Wing F cabana. Hello to massage area & more Wing F DM & F dedicated area within Wing F + expanded dining hall & a new lower level where retail space will make way.
