It’s not common but ultimately if everyone else gives out free wifi (even just messaging) they somehow need to follow the trend.
quite sure the argument of the current generation of regional business class happen before covid hits but that's CX and you don't expect them to make significant changes in short period of time. they will make it happen one day but just take time
