1. TPE-PHX (CI36); PHX-LAX-TPE (CI35).
2. Three new A350-900s will be leased from ALC. Cabin will be refurbished.
3. New 787-9s: They may use different seats (probably the similar seats on their 77W/359) for B-18811 and B-18812 tentatively, and hopefully to get these two back later this year (these two planes have been fully assembled already, just no seats). They also hope B-18814 can be back by the end of this year.
4. 787-9 would go to Australia to free up 359.
5. About JFK: The added frequency may be TPE-KIX-JFK tentatively. Not sure. Their original plan was to use 787-9 to replace 77W on JFK, but Boeing would not be able to promise such performance for the first few deliveries. Unless they can free up additional 77W, they may have difficulties to add nonstop frequency. Even now in the winter, the JFK-TPE either needs significant payload control or makes a fuel stop at KIX.
6. They also acquire additional 5 A321neo. Probably more to cover the ongoing retirement of 738 and 330.
