NoStressHere it looks like you may have commented on the Reddit thread also. Do you have any additional insight?
Not sure I buy that it can’t be done by an agent (not disputing that she couldn’t do it though). HUCA seems worth trying to me. If that doesn’t work, maybe try the airport ticket counter if it isn’t too inconvenient?
