i pick the fish noodle (or airline can give it a suitable twist to make it of a suitable value).
people fly often dont even have a chance to eat local food, let alone non HK travellers who want to try local stuff out on the flight.
who wants to eat some unnamed flop just because some restaurants that only have HK presence made it up
