I would give it a 6 but i would have given the previous procedures a minus 10. Still a mosh pit lining up and they start to board the next group before one group has even been fully scanned and on the jetway. this would not slow down boarding, but would make it less stressful. What I would like to see is a digital sign at the front of the boarding line that showed the group number that is boarding. Not always easy to see the screen behind the gate.
