I am currently on AY62 HND-HEL which has been delayed by 2hrs due to thunderstorm at HND. We were originally scheduled to land at 4:40AM, now estimated arrival is 6:42AM.
I have a connecting flight to BGO leaving at 8:10.
Both legs are booked on one award ticket.

1. Will 1hr25mins connecting time be enough? I have Japanese passport.

2. Is there anything I can do while on flight to maximize my chance of making it?

3. Should I buy the next flight while I can? They only have two tickets left on. I really need to get to BGO by 12th because I am scheduled to board a cruise. If I proactively purchase a later flight and ask the staff to use the reservation for rebooking my flight when I miss my original flight, will they reimburse what I paid?
